Onanon Welcomes Maddie Chivi as General Manager

Onanon is excited to announce the appointment of Maddie Chivi as General Manager.

Maddie joins Onanon following a career built at the intersection of business development, strategic leadership, and the interconnect industry. With almost 4 years within Amphenol, she joins us knowing our company and sharing our values and goals.

Most recently, Maddie served as Global Business Development Director at Amphenol Industrial Operations, where she directed growth initiatives across the Industrial, Datacom, E-Mobility, Energy, and Ag Tech sectors. Over her tenure at Amphenol, she progressed from Business Development Manager to a global leadership role, developing customer-focused strategies and collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver high-reliability connectivity solutions across diverse industrial applications. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where she further developed her expertise in strategic management and organizational leadership. She will bring this expertise with her to this new role.
